How do I book a studio or gear? Open catalog

Choose items in the Catalog, add them to Cart, and select your hours or days at checkout. We confirm availability within one business day.

When do I get access instructions?

We send a door code and load-in notes after payment clears. Early load-in may be arranged the evening before upon request.

Is sound suitable for dialogue?

Yes. Our rooms have acoustic treatment and quiet HVAC. For critical VO, book Quiet Soundstage B.

Do gear bundles include batteries and media?

Yes, each item lists included accessories. Camera bodies include two batteries and one media card unless otherwise noted.

Are there discounts for longer bookings?

Yes. Studio bookings of 8+ hours receive 10% off automatically in the Cart. Members may see additional gentle discounts over time.

Is parking available?

We have limited on-site spots and ample street parking nearby. Load-in zone details arrive with your confirmation email.

What is the cleaning and overtime policy?

Leave the space as found to avoid cleaning fees. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments; ask us before extending your shoot.

What is the cancellation policy?

48+ hours: full refund or free reschedule; 24–48 hours: 50% refund; under 24 hours: non-refundable. Details in Terms.
